COMPOSITION: 100% organic cotton

Care: Hand or machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Use mild detergent without any bleach or fabric softeners. Do not soak or wring the fabrics. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry in the shade.  

Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. We use ancient and traditional techniques that support small, family run businesses and ethical work practices. All our quilts are handmade by our artisans.

Delivery generally takes around 2-4 working days once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL (DHL, FEDEX or ARAMEX)

FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING for all items over US$70.
* OUR QUILTS FROM OUR HOME COLLECTION WILL HAVE A SHIPPING CHARGE OF US$30 FOR EACH QUILT.
Any items below US$100, there is a US$10 shipping charge.
Generally takes around 8-10 working days for delivery once dispatched. Maisha Concept is not able to control the delivery time frame once we have dispatched to a 3rd party Courier service.

I live overseas, will I be charged import duties?
All countries have different rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties and customs regulations. Our free shipping does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country. These are beyond our control and every country is different. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Who is delivering my package?
Once Maisha Concept has packaged & dispatched your order, we work with 3rd party shipping companies who are able to deliver your package to you wherever you are in the world. Q Express will deliver all Singaporian orders. DHL, FedEx or Aramex will be responsible for delivering all international packages. If you check your tracking email, it will have the logo of the company responsible for delivering your package to you. If you require further delivery updates, please contact the shipping company directly.
Once items have been shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds or replacements will not be given for products that are missing, stolen or damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with relevant postal service.

How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will be sent an email from Maisha Concept with your tracking number and a link to click to track the status of your order and estimated delivery. With this link you are free to track your parcel at your own convenience, at any time using the online tracking service.

Returns Policy

All of the items available at Maisha Concept are small-batch handmade products, and variations in colour and pattern should be expected and is the charm of the brand. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you are welcome to return it to us with original packaging within 7 days of reciept; with tracking code sent to us after shipment.. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
Attn: Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the Items will be refunded. Please email us at rakhee@maishaconcept.com telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be
doing better with our product or service.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

A store credit will be issued for any returned sale purchase.

I purchased an item on Sale, can I return it?
You are welcome to return your sale item(s) to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternative style or size via our online store.
All items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

What about return Shipping costs?
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return an item from your order (Unless the item is proven to be faulty). Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. We highly recommend using a reliable tracked service as Maisha Concept are not held liable for any lost packages and take no responsibility in tracking your return.
